Core strength is a particularly important area to strengthen for the Archer to provide stability and to consistently achieve correct posture and remain stable in their shot, especially if weather conditions are less than favorable. A strong core will also allow multi day competitions be tackled much easier. Also an area not to be missed is 'Mental Fitness', develop focus and attention skills.
